At MesshoMart, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains the terms under which orders may be cancelled and refunds are processed.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer support.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
MesshoMart reserves the right to cancel any order due to payment issues, stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Return Policy (7-Day Easy Return)
We offer a 7-day easy return policy from the date of delivery.
Products must be:
Unused and unwashed
In original condition
With original tags, invoice, and packaging intact
Certain items such as innerwear, personal care items, or customized products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return request is approved, refunds are processed instantly.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase (UPI, card, net banking, or wallet).
Actual credit time may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
4. Refund for Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.
After verification, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund as per your preference.
5. Shipping Charges Refund
Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, except in cases where:
The product is damaged or defective
An incorrect item was delivered
The order was cancelled by MesshoMart
6. Mode of Refund
Refunds are issued only through online payment methods.
Cash refunds are not permitted.
